Return & Exchange Policy
At Sera, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our candles. Each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully packed to reach you in perfect condition.
If, however, you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photographs of the product and its packaging. Refunds are only applicable in such cases and will be processed to your original payment method once our team reviews and approves the request.
We also offer exchanges or store credit if the product doesn’t meet your expectations, provided:
– You initiate the request within 72 hours of delivery.
– The candle is unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
– A nominal reverse shipping fee of ₹100 will apply for all returns & exchanges (unless the item was damaged or incorrect).
Please note:
– Custom orders and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
– Refunds/exchanges are not offered for “change of mind” once the candle is used or damaged by the customer.
